Our hotel has a 24-hour reception for your better service.

For accommodation more than seven days , our guests have the possibility of free use of laundry service every three days. Laundry and ironing service is daily available for all guests with a small fee.

Families with infants or toddlers can use special equipment (seat and bed) upon request.

We offer to our guests laptop upon request.

In addition to the obligatorily provided cleaning service, there is the possibility to the guests the extra daily cleaning service and linen change as well with a corresponding charge.

In our private area there are free parking places for our guests’ cars.

The management has a strong policy on matters of hygiene and insists on a high standard of cleaning in all areas.

Room Cleaning: daily

Change of sheets: every 2 days

Change of towels: 5 times per week

Children and extra beds / baby cribs / baby cots

  • The maximum capacity of extra beds/cribs is 1 per room.
  • There is no charge for children up to 3 years old.
  • From 3 years old until 12 years old, there is a 50% discount.
  • From 12 years old and on, there are fully charged.

Payment Methods

We accept payment in advance for booking via bank transfer, MoneyGram, WesternUnion

Booking deposits

  • Each type of accommodation is rented with a bank or the above ways of payment deposit of 30% of the total rent fee.
  • The balance is paid upon arrival

Cancellation Policy

  • In case you decide to cancel your booking 21 days or more before your arrival, your deposit will be 100% refunded minus any transaction fees.
  • In case you decide to cancel your booking 20 days or less before your arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.
  • If you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, you will be obliged to pay the total number of nights you have stayed in the lodging plus the 50% of the remaining value of the days for which you booked.
